Default My sister called and the diet went out the window
my sister called me at work stating she just found out her husband of 28 yrs has been cheating on her for 12 years. I left work and I took her out to eat as she hadnt eaten all day.. she wanted tacos... stayed ok with my choice... Then the hubby kept texting her which was getting her more upset.. next hot fudge sundaes (I got a small, no whip cream)... that was our comfort food our whole life. So I only exercised this morning and my calorie deficit will only be 600 by the end of the night.. On top of that I think I am getting sick.. I now have a terrible cough, nose is running and no energy... I don't regret the day at all. I needed to be with my sister.. and yes the ice cream was AWESOME!! but I still want to beat myself up

ARGHHHH!! start again tomorrow...
