I'm new...and will need a support group !
 

Hi All,
I'm starting Ideal Protein today and am pretty scared about sticking to it. I've never been really heavy but have packed on an additional 25 lbs in the last 2-3 years (Perimenapause?) on top of the 20 or so I kept on since high school. UGH! I have no support group to speak of and most of my social outlets and work revolve around food. I'm hoping to find a group with whom I may vent, cry, rejoice and motivate to keep me focused. My goal is 50 lbs! Here I go....
