. I am one week into my journey and I've done really well. I kept my drink more water, exercise & eat well promise. I didn't weigh this morning because I was afraid to. I need for those that have been at this for a while to tell me WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED?


SO, I remind myself that I am the type of person that remains committed to things whether it's to my family, my job, my friends etc and now my "diet".
