Hi, I thought I'd drop in and meet the rest of the 40-something folks on the weight loss path. I have been fighting this weight for over a year now, after letting it creep back on me over the course of years.... I doubled in size, an 8 to a 16. When I purchased size 16 clothes, I was in so much despair!

Long story short, here I am. I began using a Body Bugg 2 weeks ago, and it seem to be doing the trick for me. I'm actually making some progress. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by October and another 30 or so pounds after that.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Hi..newbie here myself... day 1. Found this site when I was searching the 17day diet but now I can't find that thread! LOL

My fiance and I started this diet about a month ago. So far we've lost 16 & 17 lbs. Trust and believe it was HARD the first week but after I lost 8lbs that first week I stopped complaining about how hungry I was. LOL

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss. I know you can do it!!!
