In 2011 I'm going to:
1) enjoy my life, family, friends, marriage, health, dogs 2) run my first half marathon 3) do some volunteer work 4) TRAVEL! 5) reach and MAINTAIN my goal weight |
In 2011, I'm going to:
- work hard to reach my goal weight through healthy choices and activity - start doing some back country camping, hiking for several days and setting up camp where we end up for the day - return to Italy (a bit of a cheat here as I'm ticketed and counting down the weeks now) - build activity back into my daily life as it used to be - not beat myself up so much over my weight/shape - have the only "day one" be yesterday |
it sounds corny, but I want to be the most i can be, the best person I can, and realize that i don't need to be perfect if I am always trying :)

I am late coming in to this but in 2011, as with all of you, I want to finally get rid of my extra half a person!
