I just joined the 40-something! Hi everybody!!!
 

I am a 44 years old physician. I am 5'6" and 153 lbs. A could of years ago I got "stuck" above 150 lbs and weight just does not come off! Seriously, I have not tried hard enough. The goal is to lose 30lbs to go back to what I was 20 years ago. I can do it, even if it takes 2 years!!! I am sooo determined!
