trips to the fridge
 

I mentioned yesterday my fridge quit working I'll find out today if it can be fixed or if I'll get a new one. I'm fortunate to have another refrigerator in my basement. So for now it's up and down the stairs if I need something. I've already made seven trips just fixing breakfast for the kids and making lunches. ( different wake up times) I love the extra exercise just hate the pain in the knees. I have arthritis and stairs kill me. I just keep telling myself my legs will look awesome with all the stair climbing. Off to take some tylenol and do my "real" exercise, a couple of miles in the snow with the dog then hitting the exercise bike. :ebike:
