Well, here I am! Being a "forum rat" on some of my gamer forums I am glad I found this site! I am hoping two things (besides losing weight and exercising more) will come from this forum:

1) that I won't get so enthralled in reading posts that I forget what I'm really here for

2) that I can take the information and support I find here and use it to boost my drive to get this weight off!

I have a post in the Introduction section that gives more specifics on what I am trying to accomplish so I won't go into detail here.
