Not really starting a new thread but this looks like it would be a good place to start. ;) I have lurked at 3fc many times and posted too. My weight is creeping up! I am at 216 very near an all time high of 221 many years ago. Not a pretty sight on a 5'2 frame! I will be in the states in June and would so love to feel more comfy in those airplane seats. I would love to buy some cute clothes and feel like me in my skin if you know what I mean?! really looking to give nad get support. For some reason the 3fc sight can really be slow to load here or freeze so please dont write me off if I am gone too long ( a day ot two) btw I am married, 42 with 3 children 18, 9 and 6! PS I am IT challenged... lol!! so no fancy shtuff on my posts!

Hi! Welcome to 3fc! I just started as well. Today is my first day on Sonoma. My stats are also similar to yours.....41/3 kids 12-14-18/ 5'2"/ 194ish cw. I would like to feel like myself in May when my son walks across the stage with his diploma. This definitely seems like a great, supportive atmosphere. I am a bit intimidated by the awesome success though. That is just so fantastic how successful people seem to be here.

Hi Diane. Welcome to 3fc. I'm a Sonoma/Mediterranean Dieter too. Please feel free to join us here and on the Sonoma forum. There are not a lot of people on the Sonoma forum so we get to know each other a little better. Don't know how familiar you are with this way of eating but people will help you with the details if you need that.
