Eek - I will have to look at mine and see what type I was. This one fell into my "failures" category because of the eating plan - the low fat level turned me into a zombie, along with flaking skin, brittle hair, splitting fingernails, and overall brain fog. But the pounds did come off, I'll admit! I do like the resistance band workouts, though ... I'll pull my book out tonight and see if I have anything that might help.
