I'm trying the 6 weeks body makeover AGAIN. I have a question, can anyone help???

I recently relocated to another state and my kit is in storage. I would like to start the makeover again because it worked so well the last time I used it. My body type is E, I know the foods I can eat, but I can't remember the sequence of what food go with what meal. (breakfast - protein, fruit, ????)

Eek - I will have to look at mine and see what type I was. This one fell into my "failures" category because of the eating plan - the low fat level turned me into a zombie, along with flaking skin, brittle hair, splitting fingernails, and overall brain fog. But the pounds did come off, I'll admit! I do like the resistance band workouts, though ... I'll pull my book out tonight and see if I have anything that might help.
