Have a great weekend!

Have a great weekend everybody. Have fun and keep active. I rode my bike into work today, felt great.

Have 3 days off and plan to try to get 20 miles in each day if it doesn't rain in the AM here around Philly.

Also don't forget what Memorial Day is all about, say a prayer of thanks for all of our fallen veterans.
