Hello...I am new to this forum. I began my current weight loss journey on Jan 1 of this year and am happy to report that i have currently lost 24 lbs. I am following the old weight watcher program and walking 2 miles a day.

Hi I'm also a newbie here. My starting weight is 208 lbs. I am looking to reach my goal of 150. I am stuggling with which diet to go on South Beach or Atkins, I read pros and cons to both of them. Would anyone care to share their experiences with either one? I would love to read them.
