I dont go onto these things usually the chat thing, but ive been reading some of the posts from you out there and you all seem kinda nice :) So thought id join in.
Im at the very begining of the dreaded weight loss back to health journey and wanted to say hi :D

I am new in these parts too. Welcome and here's hoping we can be part of the support team you are looking for in your weight loss journey. I am going to be joining the 50's group next year....ugh!!! I like the sound of the 40's group much better...it's all a numbers game. :dizzy:
