Hello all - I'm starting again

Just wanted to say HI. I have just refound this site, and updated my profile and boy didn't realize I hadn't been here for a couple of years, at least I can say I didn't regain any of the weight I lost but I haven't lost anymore either.

sjc, Congrats on the maintenance! Maintaining is so hard. You've done terrific. I'm actually scared to death to hit goal, but with the support of my
3FC friends I know I'm going to. Come on back and let us help you reach your goals too.
