Default My 1st 10 lbs.
I joined recently and have really been enjoying reading everyone's tips and experiences, and have also gotten some much needed boosts from members! I really appreciate everyone's encouragement!

I am happy to say report that I have now lost 10.5 lbs. I don't have a ticker yet since I haven't been around a month, but I hope to lose another 90 lbs!

2 carrots for 10 lbs!

Congratulations!
My first goal was to lose 10 pounds, I didn't know if I could do it. I did it, and have now lost 30!
Keep it up, 10 pounds at a time!

Great!!!!!!!! I guess you and I joined more or less at the same time! I stepped on the scale this morning...I am also happy to report that I just lost my 1st 10 pounds too!!!!!!!!!
