Hello My name is Eleny and I am 41. I am a wife and mom. I have 3 children and 1 grandson. Currently living at home are my 17 yr old son, my 3 yr old son and my 19 month old, grandson. My 18 yr old daughter is out on her own, but unable to care for her son (long story).

Before Christmas I was posting around 3fatchicks and was doing ok at staying on track. I lost 15 lbs between Dec and Feb. But then family crisis and stress but a halt to my posting. I have maintained the 15 lb lost, thankfully, but I am ready to kick start the losing again.

My plan of attack :-) is to get moving on my treadmill again and choice healthy fruits and veggies over candy and cakes, also to not go back for 2nds, and to read all the success stories over and over :-), they really are a motivation!

Absolutely! Join in, have fun, lose weight! We'd love to hear more from you. The thread that Susan mentioned is a lot of fun for all of us over 40. I'm "only" 43, btw!
