Has anyone tried the Metabolic Research Center? I have a friend that did it and did wonderful! I'm thinking about starting it!

What I know?????

It's along the lines of Slim4Life and LA WeightLoss, but, they get into your health a little more. Urine tests, etc.....which sounds smart to me! It's a 60/40 split. i think 60% protein....
