Default Mio

I have recently read that some people have had a problem with MIO perhaps getting in the way of weight loss? I was so happy to find such a good additive to plain water. Can a few just weigh in on what they think on this idea that maybe I should avoid it totally. I was just desperate for something other that water. Any input appreciated.!!

I used to drink it in my water all the time. I started using it in only one 32oz cup each day (out of at least 4) and then the less I used it, the less I liked it. the chemical aftertaste isn't worth it so I drink my water plain or with lemon wedges. I didn't have any trouble with my losses when I drank it. You may find you do but you may find you don't. Remember everyone is different.

Propel Zero and Powerade Zero are something I started drinking last week and I had a tiny loss. I was going to quit it altogether but I have allowed myself 1/2 a bottle a day and I'm doing just fine. It's such a treat. I know others can't have that either so I was worried that's what my low loss was last week but I'm thinking otherwise now. Just because it made someone else stall doesn't mean I will too.

It's all trial and err. Good luck!

I've never tried it but I chuckle every time I see it. I grew up in a very small town named Mio, MI.

Every body is different and we all react differently to anything. I know FOR ME, the less "fake stuff" I have, the better my losses. Even before IP I noticed that I am very intolerant to fake sugar, so it is no surprise to me to know that Mio and Walden Farms slow down my losses. Sometimes I have a little just because it is a treat, but I try to stay away from it.

If you have been using it and haven't noticed any stalls, then do not worry about it.

I have only been doing IP for about a week. I have never liked the taste of plain water. This diet however requires lots of water and I thought it was going to be my main challenge. I use MIO with all my water, not very much but enough to give it flavor. I have lost 9 lbs in 6 days so I'd say its ok, so far!!!
