Default Hula Hooping?

Any body using the Betty Hoops Dance Hoop dvd? I just started and was wondering if anybody else has tried this and what they thought, or would like to do it with me.

Hooping flash mob - take a peek!

We did a hooping flash mob and are hoping that people will enjoy it as much as we do. If you
do, please pass it along.

This is to Martin Solveig & Dragonette's 'Hello' - such a great hooping song - high energy!

Tx - and happy hooping,

I love hula hooping. I have the Betty Hoops DVD and it's hard! I've gotten a lot better than I was last year usinga 3/4" hoop instead of my 1". I keep meaning to do it at least once a week. I figure it will help me enjoy waist hooping more. I don't use the Betty hoop. When I get tired of waist hooping, I just start doing the halo to give myself a break. I might have to do this DVD today. She'll have 3 more DVDs out soon. I'm excited!

Ladies if you are having trouble hula hooping, try to get a 42" or LARGER 160 PSI hoop. Don't get any of those silly 3+ "fitness hoops." Those won't help you at all. Even I have a hard time using them now and I think I'm pretty good right now! If you have to rock a 55" hoop for a while go for it! Anyone of any size can hula hoop.
