Default Just Started Matol Diet

I've been looking for a site too that talks about others' experiences with Matol. I just started the diet last week on Aug 3 and to date I've lost 7.5 lbs which is a really great motivator to keep me going. The friends that got me started on this have both lost 30+ lbs and look great. The big negative for me is the cost of the foods and supplements, but I use the money I'm spending as additional motivation to keep going.

Thumbs up

great rubi9er, like you i would like to be able to share with others going thru the same thing as ourselves. the cost is a big issue but if it does what it is susposed to it is worth every penny. maybe we can be the start of this thread takin off, just like our extra pounds.

Hey Lisa,
I totally agree about the cost! Are you taking the KM mineral supplement in liquid form or capsules? I'm thinking of switching to the capsules but not sure if there's a compelling reason to stay on the liquid. Just don't like the taste.

het rubi9er, i take the liquid km cold in about 4oz. cold iced tea, not great but doable.i had more trouble getting used to the calcium/magnesium. how long have you been on matol. i started june 8, down 47 lbs. really sticking to the program mostly because i figure if i don't i am throwing my money down the drain, and i want to be on phase one as little time as possible.

I just started Matol on August 3. So far I'm down 8.5 lbs in my first 2 weeks. It's already enough that I can fit in some old pants or I can now button the top button on shorts that were tight before. I hope to lose 47 lbs. Are you doing any exercising or walking while on this diet to lose? Congrats on the 47 lbs loss! That's huge! Man I hope I get there. I too figure this is a big financial investment so I'm sticking with the program.

Do you have Facebook? I found Univera Corporate and there's a subsection for Matol Diet. Lots of info there.

Wow, that's great on the additional weight loss! Tomorrow is my official 3 week weigh-in. For some reason I don't think I lost any this week. Have kept to the program but don't feel as if I dropped pounds. Maybe my bod's just reshaping a bit this week instead. LOL on the girls!
