Default My NSV

So I have a wedding to attend on Saturday and I left dress shopping till well yesterday. Partially because I procrastinate and partial because I wasn't sure what size I would be now

Anyway all the 2x dresses I tried on were too big for me I had to buy a 1x last time I bought a dress I was a 3x. The only down side was they didn't have the dress I loved in a 1x.

Oh and also I was loving shopping, I found an awesome store that has really funky plus size clothing and I had many dresses that looked awesome to choose from It was wonderful and my wonderful DH and DS were very helpful and patient (I tried on some dresses multiple times, still pinning for that little red number )

I love it when you go to get a size you think will fit and it's too big! I find I can't judge the new me very well yet. I bet you look fantastic in the new dress. Have a great time at the wedding.

Thanks everyone

The store was a local one in Toronto called Maximum Women. I do love Torrid, but we don't have it in Canada.

Woo hoo! (And a shout-out to your DH and DS too. What good men.)

Congratulations on being able to enjoy shopping and enjoy the rewards that your efforts have brought. That's super awesome.

No it is on Eglington West a few blocks west of Dufferin but they do have a free parking lot. Also they have an online store but I highly recommend going in to the store as they had a $20 rack with some beautiful stuff on it! Also had some great sale stuff.

Yeah for you! That's so exciting and fun to not know your size (in a good way)
