Default 4 pounds can make a big difference!
Hey all

in the past month i have dropped another four pounds which has put me in the not over weight any more catagory yeah! still have some way to goal but everyone seems to have noticed my recent loss and even i dont feel like that fat girl anymore

so anyway feeling really inspired to lose the last stone fingers crossed i can be there by christmas. x

4 lbs does go a long way especially if you're short. I'm not that much taller than you and I can totally relate. Congratulations on the loss.
