Default Small Rant - Annoyed

Hi everyone, This is just a rant that needs to happen
Since my TOM my weight loss has completely stalled out! I did not have any bad days, worked out 6 days a week and that's continued into this week. I feel like I have been doing so well, but the damn scale does not agree! I am only 2lbs away from being into the 150's and am getting annoyed with the scale not moving. I will say that I know this is a pattern for my body, and it happens after my TOM every single time but I cant help but be annoyed. I was losing almost a pound a day prior to my TOM and now...... nothing!

Ugh! Thanks for reading my pointless rant everyone.

You weight loss could very possibly be slowing down because you are getting closer to your goal weight. I lose weight at a 1lb a week. THATS IT. Sometimes I only lose .8 of a lb. I don't ever see how I ever, at one point in time, weighed 118 lbs. I can't fathom it. I eat 1200 calories a day, workout 3 to 4 days a week and though I could step up my workouts more often and longer, I can't eat any less calories so I get frustrated too. Weight loss has its ups and down, thats why its a journey, stick with it and you will get through the rough patch.

I've been stalled for over a month! And I don't have a TOM to blame We just gotta keep chugging along. Stay positive and good luck
