Default 50lbs down in about 5 months...
i don't have a photo of myself, full length, from when i was at or above 300 (i highly suspect i went over 300 by a bit and was in denial and avoiding my scale)

i took my first set of pictures when i was at 290 pounds (about 2 weeks into my journey). i took one a couple days ago at 250lbs (the dates are in the photos).

i like to think i could have done it in 4 months, but i got married and went on my honeymoon and then had to recover from that gain over the next couple weeks, so i had a 3 week stall right in the middle. such is life here's my progress so far:
