Default Starting to feel a little discouraged even though I'm to blame

I have been eating a lot of junk food the past couple weekends and I'm starting to feel lazy. I'm wondering if it's part junk food or part burning out from exercise/weight loss obsession. I still want to lose weight but how do you shake the feeling?

It definitely can be exhausting to have an exercise/weight loss obsession. Maybe you can try adding some new activities to the mix? Seems like you're spending a lot of time at the gym, and you have seen great results so far, but I definitely can see how you'd get burned out! Maybe cut back a little bit for a while and try some new classes or routines (on DVD if you don't feel confident to go to a group class), add weight lifting if you aren't doing a lot of strength already. Try some new vegetables to try to expand your healthy eating options. If you live in a neighborhood/climate that's good for walking, do some outdoor exercise to get out of the monotony of the gym. You can also try out a new playlist for your exercise music.

I agree with trying some new activities. And some new foods! Just because you're on a diet, doesn't mean you can't try new things!

I had a different type of salad today. I will have to use some of my workout dvds at home to break it up a bit. I'm too nervous about trying a class at the gym.
