Well, its my Dad's 50th birthday and we're taking him out to dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse.

My goals -

NO BREAD
and only eat half my meal, and bag the rest to go!

LOL!!!! apryl... i have absolutely no idea!!!! so far i've had a protein shake, a deviled egg and 1 oz of turkey.

am planning leftover lambchop and cucumbers for lunch [and some cottage cheese and bean salad with feta for snack. and i have a stash of deli roll ups in case i get caught without protein or lunch or anything.

dinner???? hmmmm. it's my nephew's 10th birthday, and there's pizza at 5 pm before his baseball practice. not sure i'll make it there in time for pizza, not that i can eat it anyway...

and ice cream and cake after practice, around 8 pm. and somewhere between the two i have to fit in a weight workout.

dinner???? HA HA HA HA HA. maybe the deli rollups????

Well, last night I was supposed to have low-fat chicken chow mein, green beans with pinjur sauce, and a fruit salad. I ended up eating a pita and some eggplant hummus because I wasn't that hungry and didn't feel like fixing anything. I'll have to try again tonight!

Because of the high cholesterol, I've increased my fiber and "good" fat, and it really seems to make me less hungry. I'm finding it hard to get all my WW points in every day. Now that's a first!

My favorite dinner, and I have it probably at least 5 nights a week, is the Healthy Choice Turkey Divan dinner. It's 250 calories with 5 grams of fiber. I feel like I'm getting a lot of food for my calories with it and it really tastes good.

Probably pork chops. I bake them in water and soy sauce (or teriyaki if I have it) so they stay tender.

Default I have boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinating in

soy, ginger, sesame (fatfree) sauce now. I'll probably have left over stirfry rice with it and a green veggie.

Lunch is leftover chicken and dumplings that were made with a low fat bisquick.

Talking Which meal is dinner?

I brought for my 16 hour shift;

2 small bell peppers stuffed with 93% lean meat, tomatoes, and onions, some cherries, an orange, shanny cakes, tuna, whole what crakcers, and fat free mayo. Now I am getting hungry
