Just try to take a cup of celery/cucumbers/mushrooms to eat at 3, or a spinach salad with WF balsamic vinegar. I'm trying to take my IP snack around 4 but sometime i'm so hungry between 2 or 3, then I ate "unlimited" veggies, from 1 to 2 cup. It helps your stomach and your brain to be "full" for maybe 1 or 2 hours.
