So since I don't really see a difference in my size (even though i've had a lot of comments on it), i've decided to take a pic and compare it to a before picture of me at my max weight and quite honestly im surprised and so proud of myself. yay!
yep. i figured i'd see how the dress looked on now that ive lost weight and see how it looks when compared to each other. i was really surprised cuz i honestly don't see a difference when i look in the mirror.
well i started my whole diet with eating nothing but different kinds of salads for like a month....for the last month and a half ive started incorporating foods that i ate all the time (pasta, meats, rice, etc...) but i just eat a lot smaller portions and incorporate lots of veggies and fruits. plus i'm like addicted to peanut butter sandwiches haha and i drink nothing but water and milk and absolutely no junk food. i've also been doing the biggest loser cardio max dvd, i just started jillian michaels 30 day shred and have worked myself up to doing level 1 and 2 in one session, and since its summer ive been going to the beach a lot and i know i wont work out when i come get home cuz im always tired after a day at the beach so i make sure to walk anywhere from 2-4 miles on the beach.
I notice it most... well, everywhere, haha, but especially in your legs, which is currently what I'm struggling to lose some inches on the most... did you do any exercises or anything that targeted this area?
nope i dont target any specific area. actually the area i lost the most in was my tummy. like its still big but not like it was. haha. i can finally see my feet again. and im starting to see my collar bones again =] after i started doing jillian michael's 30 day shred is when i started losing weight in my legs.
for most part its been, biggest loser cardio max, i do 10 min solution pilates for beginners (really works out your core), the 30 day shred and like i had said before if i know im not gonna work out that day i'll walk a couple of miles to fit some cardio in there which probably helped tone my legs a big.
lol i wish i lived closer to the beach. its about an hr- hr and half drive from where i live. so i make sure to spend hrs there. and since i cant tolerate walking on sand (its too hot) i choose to walk through shallow water to at least give me some kind of resistance when i walk. its great and i get to work on my tan =]
