Advice please
So today was a very strange day for eating. I had my breakfast at my normal time, around 9. Then I had to run out to a meeting and didn't get to a chance to eat lunch until 3:30. When I got back to the office, I was still hungry so I had my bar. I think I was so overcome with hungerness after my meeting that I ate my lunch so fast that I just did not feel satisfied. So I ate my bar around 4:30. Then I went to workout at my normal time 5:30-6:30 and had my post workout packet at 6:30. Well, now it is just about 8:00 and I am so full and bloated that the thought of eating dinner is just not appealing.
So what would you do? Would you force yourself to eat dinner or just call it a day- eating wise? I know that the schedule I ate on was not very good, but I literally had no choice as I was stuck in a client meeting. Then I had so much food in a span of 3 hours.
To eat or not to eat???
