Wow amazing. Thanks everyone for your response. I just started today w some coffee (a bit of fat free milk), the crispy breakfast and my vitamins. I am excited to see what the program will bring. Usually weekdays are relatively straightforward, making the meals easy. The weekend though I'm usually out and about with my 4 year old daughter so I will have to prepare ahead of time to stick to the program.
A good incentive is I have a friend's wedding coming up in November and I'm going to be a bridesmaid...so want to look better for those pictures!!!
