Ooh, I can help you! I absolutely LOVE Korean food. And actually, you are in luck, because a lot of Korean food is grilled(usually). I personally love bulgogi (grilled beef, traditionally wrapped in lettuce), and bibim-bap (rice covered with lots of veggies and either chicken or beef). Chop-chae is also good, it's a noodle dish tossed with veggies and meat, although if you're concerned about going over in cals you might just want to stick with the meats and veggies. Also, if you like spicy (depending on the restaurant), I reccomend some kimchi. It's a pickled cabbage dish, so yummy! A traditional Korean meal usually comes with several small veggie sides to accompany the meat. I just reccomend keeping an eye on preparation, if they list how it's made or if there are pictures. For the most part, I have found Korean food to be very 'clean' in a general sense, whereas Chinese food can be greasy, etc. And as a general rule for any restaurant, don't be afraid to ask how it's prepared! I'm not a fan of ordering and then making tons of changes to the order, I like to eat the meal as it is intended, but for smart ordering don't be afraid to ask!
