tiffany, 1 lb gone is a wonderful loss! Any loss shows that you are trying to be healthier. It's frustrating when it doesn't come off faster after previous weeks. BUT, it IS coming off.
Had not been able to make it to a meeting for a couple of weeks and could feel myself slipping. Meetings are so helpful in keeping me motivated. At my last weigh-in on 6/23/11 I had gained 0.4 pound. Weigh-in today put me down 2.4 pounds. Time to get back on track and keep moving in the right direcetion.
