Default 40 pounds lost!!!
Since March 7th, I've lost fourty pounds! yay! Both my weight goals and my athletic goals have really progressed into something that has gone far beyond my wildest dreams at this stage. I am super psyched to have made it this far, and I'm super psyched to see this whole thing through! I am in Arizona now, and the people I hadn't seen since last year were very impressed. In any case, heck to the yes!

I think the best indicator of how much your body changed is by seeing people you haven't seen in a while.. you/your family see yourself everyday, so it's hard to see the "big picture".. so the far away people are the best judge sometimes
