Are you using the IP brand or are you using something comparable? If so what and what's the price point? Just wondering if I need to use the stuff the IP store in my little town sells or if I get a good quality vitamin if thats ok too.
I have a great multi and anti-oxidant that I get from HSN (Andrew Lessman) and my coach said to continue with those. I do buy the IP K-Ca and Mg-Ca, because I couldn't find a good match for those and they are very important. I hope that helps.
