I joined 3FC seriously on 1/1/11, have lost 66 lbs./29%, and have assembled a platoon, a group determined to give 110% every day to achieving their weight loss goal. Some of the ladies nicknamed me Sarge, so Sarge it is!
--Please join if you're serious about dropping pounds and melting your "BUTT-er" (that's a salute to Private MadamGooey).
--Please join if you want daily motivation to achieve your goal. Sarge has plenty of time to keep an eye on you!
--Please join if you want Sarge to scream in your face like Jillian Michaels on Biggest Loser because that's what you're gonna get!
--Please join if you understand the definition of challenge, "...a call to engage in a contest, fight, or competition," THIS IS YOUR LIFE YOU'RE FIGHTING FOR!
--DON'T join if you're gonna bring excuses!
--DON'T join if your head isn't in it yet. We'll be here to embrace you with well-toned arms when you're ready.
--DON'T join if you're overly sensitive to comments like "step away from the buffet!"
--DON'T join if you want to discuss anything other than get this freaking weight off of me! Sarge is type A personality. Reading touchy-feely stuff makes Sarge's eyes bleed! There are many other threads on 3FC that offer loads of "soft" support and make you feel it's ok to slack on your weight loss efforts. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE THREADS!
RULES: Simply make Sarge a promise each Sunday to lose a certain number of pounds the following week then DO IT! New Privates encouraged to join any Sunday!
WHO IS WITH ME?!?!?!? All are welcome (including men)...any age, any amount of weight to lose. Say "Yes, Count Me In Sarge!" Do it, you know you want to, then drop and give me 20 minutes of exercise!
Disclaimer: Sarge is not a doctor, a nutritionist, or personal trainer with any sort of real medical knowledge. Additionally, it is not my intention to poke fun at our armed forces. I salute the men & women protecting our country.
Hey Sarge...may as well declare K3 the victor in our 30 Day Shred side challenge. It will be quite some time before I'll be able to get back to that type of workout!
Time to break in the new thread, So the lake was awesome, such a perfect day, tons of boaters out playing, did some tubing and some swimming, drank a little to much, but held back a bit on the grub to make up for it.
Walked 6.2 miles this morning then did a 10 mile hard ride on the bike when i got home, so 16.2 miles today to start the week off right.
Weight is being stubborn again, i think i am going to hard and eating to much, so will cut back a bit on both this week, will also try to get a little more sleep.
Was a really nice day, hope everyone enjoyed their Sunday.

Flip! That is a good start to the week!
My sunday was awesome, it is monday afternoon here though :P
looking forward to a new week and hopefully a good one. I'll be travelling and trying to avoid pitfalls while eating and exercising. No excuses - just hard work.
Wow, what a long day today! I worked allll day and then went for my long run. I think I logged my miles wrong my first week, so my mileage for today will count next week.
Thank you all for the Birthday wishes!
I really debated my pledge this week. I only lost .5 lbs this week, and I know I was due for a slow week due to my big losses from the past 2 weeks, but I hate not making my goal. This week I'm going to focus on making that 1 lb goal no matter what.
Ok, so sleepy. I'll catch up with the thread tomorrow. Hope you all had a good weekend!

So took some pictures today, i wanted to have a "before" picture so i could compare for those days where you feel like you have achieved nothing. Apparently i have been deluding myself into thinking i look okay.... I SOOOOO don't lol! Oh well, at least wont have to be at that weight ever again!
