Today I went for a 3 mile hike in a beautiful park we have here and I finished it in 45 min (hills, stairs, and everythin-whoooo!). When I was done I was drenched in sweat, but not ready to keel over. This is a HUGE accomplishment for me
I really want to start walking 3 miles every morning and hopefully that will accelerate my weight loss. It's amazing how much more your body can handle when it is not carrying such a heavy load
