Question Laughing cow cheese wedges

how do YOU use them?

Sure they are great spread on some veggies or bread, but they must have a billion other uses! The other day I substituted a wedge for mayo in my egg salad and thought it was the most amazing idea ever. There's also the famous hungry girl fettucini alfredo recipe. Just wondering what other creative things can be done with those creamy dreamy cheesy bits of heaven...

Someone posted a "creamed spinach" recipe when I first joined. Basically, it's just a wedge of LC stirred into some cooked spinach. Really tasty!

I use them in eggs.

Egg whites, broccoli, mushrooms, 2 wedges and roasted garlic seasoning... sooo good!

OR

Egg whites, pineapple slices, canadian bacon & cheese wedges, it's like hawaiian pizza... also REALLY yummy

I'm not familiar with South Beach but thought I'd post. I take a chicken breast and pound it flat, add a slice of deli ham and spread a LC wedge in there before rolling and baking. Delicious!

I like to spread the French Onion or Swiss wedge on my Thomas' Better Start English muffin. I add turkey bacon or sausage and a couple of slices of tomato with salt and pepper for a filling breakfast.

Buffalo chicken wing dip!

One can chicken breast
One wedge laughing cow (the bleu cheese would prob be best but I used the garlic and herb)
1/4 c lf cottage cheese
Hot sauce to taste

Microwave for about a minute and serve with celery sticks!

Ok, I am back to tell you that I am eating asphyxia63's buffalo chicken dip AS I TYPE! And it is AMAZING!

I didn't know how much chicken, so I used about 2oz (it was an 8oz can and I used like 1/4 of it)
Also, I totally forgot about the part where you said to microwave it... so I am gonna try that right now with what's left!

Edit: YUM!! Even better warm!

It looks like my can was 5oz and I used the whole thing. I made it as a meal though, it can probably be either a meal or snack... the last time I made it I added a bit of shredded cheese (rf mexican blend). So cheesy and delicious! I had it with red bell pepper strips. Yum!

Just watch it on the cheese portions... I think I tend to overdo it sometimes

I made it last night too! Delish!! I used those boneless skinless chicken tenders you can get at Costco though...I didn't have any canned chicken. I used three strips and just shredded them after I cooked them....then mixed in the hot sauce, cottage cheese and cheese wedge. I dipped/scooped it with celery sticks. Very good! Thanks for the recipe Asphyxia!
