I joined this site and ya'll helped me lose 40lbs. But then I got into college and gained it all back. So I turned here for support again.
My goal is 50lbs by Christmas, and this week I hit the 25lb mark!
I have a blog where I talk about things in my life. Today I decided to dedicate one day a week to my weight loss goals.
I came up with the name Fitness Friday.
