Default Body Pump Alternatives
Anyone have any suggestions for DVDs that are good Body Pump alternatives? I've been doing Body Pump for a few months and LOVE it, but I'm considering switching to a closer gym that doesn't offer classes. Speaking of, anyone have any experience with Anytime Fitness?
