Default Femme Creole's Frozen Concoction

Femme Creole's Frozen Concoction

I came up with this one day when I had a little Greek yogurt and frozen fruit leftover!

Need:
Food Processor
Frozen Fruit (don't use fresh or it won't be "ice-creamy")
GREEK Yogurt (it will be runny if you use regular yogurt) I like FAGE 0%
agave necter or splenda (I like the vanilla splenda)..optional

Note: this does NOT freeze well, so only make as much as you can eat at a sitting.

You will use about twice as much frozen fruit as yogurt, so adjust if you want to make it for more people...
this is for one serving:

Put about 1/2 cup of FROZEN Fruit in your food processer and pulse into small pieces.
add a little agave necter to taste and pulse again.
add about 1/4 cup of yogurt and pulse to consistancy of ice cream.

You can leave out the necter if you want to or try vanilla splenda instead of the necter.

This tastes kind of like a fruit gelato...yummy!

enjoy..

I finally experimented with this. I should have checked this out first because I ended up with a huge bowl and enjoyed every spoonful. I used 1/2c Greek yogurt, 1/2 frozen banana & 1/2c frozen berries. No sugar needed with the banana. It was incredibly good and soft serve like. Next time I'm trying chocolate!
