Hello!

I am 78% and rising in mood and energy. Getting fired up to begin eating properly next week, and planning my next BFL Challenge beginning the week of June 16th.

This is my first human day after a severe bout of depression. I even feel okay about looking into sanitary sewers all day. I hope to be 90-100% by Monday!
