Another idea.
Since I didn't feel like yet another shake and forgot to buy my liquid eggs, I found my Pure Protien bars. I'm dividing it up into 2 meals.

Each meal will contain:
Cal 100
Carb 9g
Protien 10g

Yes it makes it a very small bar cutting it in half, but I have the Chewy ones and they are chewy so that helps them last.
