Default Fitting into one of my goal-shorts!

It's a small goal, and they are still a bit tight. I will give it a week or so. But, I tried on a pair of my bermuda shorts that I have in my goal pile of clothes! The fit! Whoo Hoo!!

They are a bit snug so I'm thinking by next week they will fit perfect! I can't wait to get down this pile of clothes!!

Anyone else fit into some new/old clothes recently??

What a fantastic feeling! I do have some shorts that I hope to wear by the end of this month or start of next month. They fit me now, but are still a bit too tight and there's a bit of a muffin top effect. I can't wait!!!!

Yay, that's such an amazing feeling! Just recently, I fit into a dress that was too tight at the beginning of the year. It felt great, and really showed me that my hard work is paying off, even when I can't tell.

I have a pair of jeans that I could fit into at the beginning of my freshman year of college (2 years ago) that I haven't been able to squeeze into. I can't wait until they fit again!

I don't have any thinner clothes left - last time I was under 250 pounds was 20 years ago. But when I started this weight loss thing in January, I was concerned about having absolutely no clothes at all! I gave everything away as soon as it was too big. It hit me that I'd have a very expensive time of it in the fall trying to buy winter clothes - pants, jeans, sweaters, and mostly coats and jackets. Well, thing are clearanced in late January, so I bought some sweaters for $4 each at Kmart, all several sizes smaller than I was wearing at the time. Six of them - same basic style - just crew or V necks, ribbed with little cables - wonderful colors. I figured I just got 6 sweaters for less than the price of 1 and would be in OK shape, or I just bought $24 worth of clothes to donate to the resale shop at a women's center close by! I couldn't even put them on in January. Now they fit beautifully and will still fit when I get to my goal because they're ribbed and sort of pull themselves in. Besides, I'm 60 years old and don't wear my clothes as form fitting as some of you younger kids do. I assume I'll have the good sense to dress appropriately for my age even when I hit my goal! LOL.

I love when I can go down a size. Congratulations to you on hitting this goal. It's such a boost to help you keep on going.

Way to go! Take a picture of yourself in them and in a couple months time you will see yourself swimming in them! Congratulations --- you should be so proud of all your hard work. It's certainly paying off!

I'm mostly in a 16, and sometimes in a 14 right now, but I have a bunch of clothes in a 14 that I can't wait to wear...I hope to be in a few more of them by the end of the month.

Awesome work guys!!

I will have to take a picture in them. I think I will wait until they fit better. I'm thinking when I get to around 160 they will fit good!
I also tried on another pair of bermuda shorts, they don't quite button yet, but I can pull them all the way up. A couple weeks ago I couldn't get them all the way up! Whoo hoo!!

Congrats! Take pictures! It really does help even if you are the only one who ever sees them Before you know it those will be the big shorts that do not fit anymore!
