It hasn't been easy at all but seeing the progress gives me the motivation to keep going! I've cut out all "bad" foods (a lot of processed foods, red meat, etc), and am sticking to a high protein (lots of white chicken and protein bars from special k), low carb diet. I also exercise A LOT, at least 10 times a week (for 30 mins each session). I'm lucky that at my job, they have a gym and I can go there instead of out for lunch.
I am still having a hard time shrinking my belly but everyone has their trouble spots, right?
