I have started a 30 day self challenge to jump start my weight loss mission today! I am 210lbs now and am setting a 30 day short time goal to get me back in the groove of things. I plan on setting a goal every month from here on out!

Hello everyone
Hope you're having a great start to the Independence day weekend! We all have to be careful to choose wisely on all the barbeques/parties that will be present this weekend.

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July!

I did 3 days of calorie confusion which I hope will bump my plateau, then today diet with some carbs (healthy potato salad and a roll). Tomorrow it's back to the diet and lots of exercise
