Wink Doc/WIFE OK 3-SOME
In the last couple of days I have received the results of my lab work and the good news is that my doctor has given me the following instructions...

and Angie has ok'd it....

A 3-SOME

EVERYDAY!

INSTRUCTIONS ~

#1 ~ EAT LEAN MEAT

#2 ~ THINK and EAT GREEN!!

#3 ~ Eat 2 APPLES every day

I can so do this

Wellllll....my doctor did say it would be a good idea to start "downsizing" my beer intake...

luckily for me I have upped it a few a day on this vacation.....

PARTY today too!....

but starting Tuesday......

Oh you are EVIL! Actually my doctor is a women but Angie ok's just about everything she says since she is bi.....1/2 medical and 1/2 holistic
