193.5, down a pound from last week. Business trip messed around with my diet, exercise and water and I have a feeling I will pay later.

Weigh in this morning 150 down 3 pounds since last week. Feeling great because this means I've lost a total 13 pounds. It's been 8 weeks since changing my eating habits. I've slowed down on the excercise but I'm still loosing. I attribute that to drinking lots of water (80-100 ounces a day) and watching what I eat. I snack here and there and do treat myself but I'm not over indulging and overeating.
