Okay, I am so over going back and forth and starting over every day!!! I have done good off and on now since the beginning of the year. I get in a rut and that is when I start gaining the weight back. I know what to do, it is just a matter of DOING IT AND STICKING TO IT! I am ready for a July challenge! Starting tomorrow, I am on Phase 1 of South Beach and I am starting the Couch 2 5K. I have seen a few of you ladies that have started or are starting, so it would be great to stick together! We can do it! It will be nice to stay accountable to others and feel like I have buddies that are going through the same thing I am. LET'S GO JULY!!!
