Default Favorite Exercise??

Whats everyone's favorite exercise or workout?

I was just wanting to get some new ideas on different exercises. I have been using some different games for the Wii to work out, and using my Wii fit. And so far it seems to be working pretty well and I enjoy it, my fiance and I compete on different things with it, and I am so competitive that I always push myself harder than most people do with a video game, but it gets me up moving around, and actually I can burn around 700 cal. an hour by playing...

I was just looking for others opinions and what they like to do to work out. What have you found to not only burn calories but is enjoyable?

I really enjoy playing racquetball I'm not even sure why I enjoy it so much but I think psychologically it works for me - you're in a box so the ball is never THAT far away. If you run just a few more steps you will get it.. and then a few more the other way.. and before you know it, you're drenched in sweat. Soccer on the other hand it's like "Sonofagun, the ball is all the way over there and you want me to sprint?"

I also have a lot of fun playing Xbox Kinect with friends but it's not really enough to be a "workout". The dance game can be pretty intense if you do them one after another. Usually it's just enough to get kind of gross and sweaty but not a seriously elevated heart rate. (And I wouldn't want to be gasping in front of a group of people anyway).

I like the Wii Fit Plus too.

I also use the Wii Dance 2 program. Really good workout and fun too!

I enjoy kickboxing, particularly sparring. I don't really do it for exercise, but it is a great workout.

I love kickboxing-type classes. Turbokick is my favorite, but lately I've been doing BodyCombat.

watching good tv while doing cardio (elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike) or listening to music while doing cardio.

Kick-boxing -- I love working my frustrations out on the bag.

I enjoy zumba, but it's really dependent on the instructor. I also have to admit that I like doing 30 Day Shred and other JM videos. It's too early to say that I like c25k, but I'm glad I'm doing it and am always happy with myself after a run.

The new Zumba dvd program (Exhilarate) is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

I love Turbo Fire and pretty much any other kickboxing workout.

Dancing around to some catchy, upbeat music and doing so till I'm beat. I get crazy and I'm sure I work out all parts of my body. :P

I also -love- Tae Bo. Billy Blanks really keeps me going and motivated and I always get a great workout from his videos.

Belly dancing is amazing, its cardio and toning all in one, low impact, and fun, and it boosts your body confidence like no other exercise i've ever done. You can take classes or if your stuck for time, people have uploaded easy to follow videos on youtube. I've lost an inch off of my chest, waist and hips after doing 30mins per day for a week.
