Lunch - salad with iceberg lettuce, deli turkey, Bacos, 1/2 cup of queso fresco, 4 tbsp. pomegranate vinaigrette, 1 mango, 32 oz. water
Supper - 2 slices of pizza, salad with broccoli, garbanzo beans, diced eggs, shredded cheese, cauliflower, carrots, and low calorie raspberry vinaigrette
Snacks (am/pm) - Special K honey nut bar
Wednesday
Breakfast - Special K Strawberry Protein Shake, 32 oz. water
Lunch - 2 oranges
Supper - Subway roasted chicken sub footlong, 8 oz. Powerade
